What is the difference between a Master of Wine (MW) and a Master Sommelier (MS)?

The MW is considered the highest qualification in the world of wine today. It’s history dates back to 1953 and broadly encompasses all areas of the world of wine on a global scale. The US Court of Master Sommeliers was founded in 1977 and has a strong service of wine component.

Do you work with single clients as well as big companies?

Yes. We can help individuals with advice in terms of establishing a cellar, appraise an existing cellar, wine advice in general or even provide input for special wine dinners.

Many producers contact us for a critical appraisal of their products. It is not uncommon for properties to send wine for review only to never receive feedback or appraisal. Our professional assessments can add significant weight to your product and assist with marketing your product.

Are you able to assist with designs of new cellars?

Yes. We have designed cellars that are unique such as large wine towers in Sydney , and wine cellars in Beijing, to underwater cellars in the Maldives. We have also designed numerous home cellars for private clients.
